Could it be that Riven learns her Ki related abilties during her time in Ionia after this story?

She learned her ultimate wind slash ability during her time in Noxus clearly and 'broken wings' seems to allude that she is using a sword style that she once felt confident in but has sense been 'broken', however 'ki shout' and 'valor' seem suspicious since they don't seem like the kind of things you'd learn in Noxus.

Ki shout especially since she apparently has settled down in Ionia for a considerable time, a very spiritual people who seem more likely to know about and be able to pass one spiritual related knowledge.

Since the Riven we play in game is clearly much older than the one in the story, it stands to reason that it's possible for her to have learned some abilities in Noxus and some since the time she became a wanderer.
