Help us out here Riot. There's a ton of skins I want that just aren't available. I want to give you my money, but I can't buy what's not available.

cut to smite where litterally over half the skins are limited or exclusive...

You can get a fair amount of the legacy skins from Hextech crafting. I've had like 15 (?) appear.

You can, but it's a total gamble.

I have yet to buy a single hextech chest since it went live and I've had some awesome luck.

Depends on what's good for each individual person. I disenchated 2 Infernal Nasus skins in seconds and I wouldn't want any skin for a champ I don't play.

You could reroll them instead and you might get a permanent skin that you want or you can reroll that or even disenchant that one.

Remember that just because game modes aren't exclusive to season anymore doesn't mean skins aren't either. I've been wanting to get Winter Wonder Lulu for so long but I think I'll leave that up to RP instead of randomness.
