Help us out here Riot. There's a ton of skins I want that just aren't available. I want to give you my money, but I can't buy what's not available.

You can get a fair amount of the legacy skins from Hextech crafting. I've had like 15 (?) appear.

Remember that just because game modes aren't exclusive to season anymore doesn't mean skins aren't either. I've been wanting to get Winter Wonder Lulu for so long but I think I'll leave that up to RP instead of randomness.
