Yeah, the robot cowboy bounty hunter was the original Jhin concept. A lot of what he had got reworked into Kindred, actually.

Basically, he was designed to be a bounty hunter in the traditional sense. He had Kindred's passive, which gave him bonus gold when he killed the marked target rather than the on-hit damage. His ultimate was a long range snipe, similar to Jhin's current W, which would instantly kill the marked target or any enemies below a health threshold.
