Can Arctic Ops Varus bow not glow red on champion kills

It glows blue on minion kills which is nice. It glows red on champion kills which is really lame and unfitting This is even more true for my AP (Arctic Ops) Varus build: Inspiration: 2-2-1-1 Domination: 2-0-1

Same for Kindred which she uses Q and her hands glow red even though her main colours are purples, white, and blues.
