Does Lux know about the Solari/Lunari?
It'd be kinda cute to see Lux meet Leona at some point (i.e. Leona's on a pilgrimage) and then ramble on about what she knows about the Solari (and get a lot of it wrong because "DEMACIA PROPAGANDA!")

Probably not. I'd imagine knowledge pertaining to the various organisations of Mount Targon doesn't translate well beyond the mountain itself. They're probably all grouped in to an anomalous "Targonian" category and viewed not so kindly in the lands of Demacia and Noxus.
Lux seems pretty arrogant.
I don't think she would know or care.
She might have heard of the Solari,but most likely nothing too specific.
Though I doubt that she ever heard of the Lunari,as most Solari didn't even knew about their existence until Diana killed the solari elders.
Considering that she is "friend" of Ezreal, i can say: Yes.
Why? Because he is an explorer... and knows about the story of many places. I guess that he talks with Lux about it.
Depends on how often the Solari interact with the world.
