While I'm certain some people would lament the loss of her exposed navel, it would honestly be more appropriate to her character nowadays if she covered it up with a proper corset or bustier. Besides, if you want her exposed navel, you can always go for her Cowgirl or Waterloo skins, or they could make an additional free skin where she's still wearing just a bra.

I still think Captain Miss Fortune should have become her default skin after the Gangplank update. Let that woman wear a badass coat instead of something that looks like a slutty pirate halloween costume.
I think there's a very good argument for her base skin to be changed entirely to Captain Fortune; but in the case that doesn't happen or if her current look is switched to a skin in the future, I think I would like them to change it to the WR version or the Climb cinematic version (which I believe is very similar). It looks a lot more practical while also still being sexy.
Also, I think her outfit in Wild Rift looks sexier than the base one.
So, you asking us if we want to do away with "Hot Stripper Pirate outfit" MF in favor of "More sensible, but still sexy (hell, even more sexy) outfit" MF? Well, for me the answer is obvious.

It's literally the only change she needs for her visual design.
