I always kinda liked Singed, but the recent TBSkyen's video is amazing. He managed to make the idea of what Singed could be super fascinating to me.

And if a Rioter is coming around (Scathlocke, most likely), is TB hitting close to what you're planning for Singed? Are you planning anything for Singed?
Completely agree with what is said in this video.
And I would like to add: His VO is terrible. The disconnect from his lore is so gigantic, it is unbelievable. He is a cruel, calculating scientist, who willingfully kidnaps people to turn them into monsters and delivers poison gas for a war-loving nation to bomb Ionia. But his VO pictures him just as a living joke.
He should be scary, menacing. He should show us that humans can be the scariest monsters in the world, even on a planet filled with void creatures, demigods and other entities. Facing him should give you chills, fearing that he will extend his experiments and making you his next subject.
