Uh, Warwick tried to take her heart at the behest of his friend Singed and she kicked his ass.

Warwick is now arch-enemies with Singed in his newly rebooted lore and doesn't even know Soraka so uhhhhhhh

They want nothing to do with the champion. I just wish they hurried up and admitted that, apologized, and remade her from the ground up into an AP mage.

... that's just ur assumption, and the amount of reworks they've done with her suggests she's still important to them. her presence in competitive play further bolsters her existence to Riot.

No, it's factual. Also, the fact Soraka is picked time to time in competitive does not prove she is important to Riot Games, it enrages them as much as when Singed is (albeit, much more rarely) picked.

They want to kill champions that do not fit their agenda. Some examples of champions that fit Riot Games agenda are the obvious LeeSin Ahri Jayce Jinx

Where do you get your evidence for these facts from? Also considering they themselves made Soraka wouldn't it make more sense they wanna fix her rather than ignore her? She's their problem.

They have even said that they are working on the updates in other QA, and if i remember correclty they said they were considering her being related to targon and ionia

She is a celestial being that descended from Mount Targon and from their she probably ran off to Ionia. We don't know when she came to Runeterra, or why. We don't even know what exactly she is, as the term 'celestial' could be used loosely. None of her old lore is canon, atm.
