@Riot- Did TF and Graves Meet before the Bilgewater story?

In the first lore segment, TF recognizes grave's gun and Graves recognizes TF's ability to teleport. This would mean they had run into each other before, as both of them got these things after TF betrayed Graves. However, They apparently haven't spoken, as Graves has apparently been rehearsing what he would say to TF when he met him again.

Maybe they have Just had brushes with one-another before, but then how does TF recognize Grave's gun by the sound of it cocking? You would have to hear it pretty close at least a few times to remember the exact sound, unless Hextech guns just sound different, but that was never talked about. And How would Graves have known of TF's "Old trick" of teleporting if TF can't do it with others around who would distract him? He would never get it off with graves near him, let alone enough for it to be an "old" trick.

Additionally, why does Graves refer to TF as "TF"? If TF is on a first-name basis with graves, why isn't graves on one with him? You'd think as a former partner he would know this.
