I just spent wayyyy too much time on the Cassio subreddit while learning her. There is some very good stuff there.
Key with Cass is you just make sure to hit Q and you're golden. The poison timing gives you enough for 3 Es if spamming E.
E will make you go oom without 
though <---#1 thing to keep in mind when learning her.
Keep W for enemies with dashes and walk into it yourself if you are being chased by a mobile champ and need more dps/lockdown. If it's on cd and you miss Q you're basically dead.
note: does not work on Camille E or dismounted Kled Q.

LostFr0st2 votesFor sure it is. Q helps you push the wave and does far more damage than E early. The damage is not even comparable.
when you do get E, practice sending an auto out before the E for better last-hitting (they'll hit at the same time, both adding dmg from the savagery mastery (10 bonus dmg to minions is a big plus for an AP champ).
I have a huge test Monday evening, so I won't be on much until then (just first win of the day for the past week until then right now, usually in ARAM for time squeezing) but I'll send you an invite tonight^^
