try writing some of your lore. Have fun making the world the way you would like it. it will probably eat up more time then you would guess it would.
also, what makes a good lore in your opinion? I wanna enter the MCCC again but my lore sucks XD
Gameplay/story integration and detailed, consistent worldbuilding makes Lore good.
I can understand detail alteration retcons to help the latter, but not grand sweeping retcons that serve only to remove the former (and also leave the latter in tatters for most of a year).
I'd rather just pretend the retcon didn't exist until Rito fixes their shit
I'm an awful writer and I know it. Constructing a world/character goes just fine for me, but actually writing a compelling story? Whew.

I wrote a trio of stories, one unpublisbed, about Kayle and her battle, and had to create different areas and cities of her word, which were completely ignored by Lore since their release.

Good lore is when characters are fleshed out, they have more than a few stories about them and you know what makes them tick. At the same time the world has to be dinymaic, changing, things should be happening, but they should make sense, and make the characters interact with each other and meet each other. In this way the characters could develop on their adventures, change, make relationships.
Becaue what riot has built now. Is a few non related stories in a big world that we know very little about, the world is not dynamic it doesnt change a lot. Characters do not interact with each other, also we dont even know why they are fighting and why they are fighting since IOW was removed.
