So watching the Lucian video, is the soul of Senna forever locked in his lantern for eternity? Also, what does she do in there all day? Also does Thresh use the lifeforce of Senna to empower his lantern's shield that he gives to the adc, i.e like whoever his adc is, ez,quinn,graves,varus,etc?

I don't think that Thresh really shields his friends, outside of the game, with his lantern. (Remember that the lore is not connected to gameplay.)
You know thresh collects thousands of souls right? Senna isn't the only one. My guess is that the souls lay trapped in some sort of frozen state, or that they are all terrified by the experience of not having a body.
Sometimes she yells at me when I'm flashing and I fail at it. I wish she'd be quite already.
I think I have kill an adc yesterday with the lantern. Remember to have just get the lantern out to protect my adc and I got the kill. XD
Anyway, I am still laughing about that.
I don't think Senna soul is still in the lantern. Maybe it is at his « home » somewhere safe. I see the lantern having some maximum capacity (even if the passive has been buff to say otherwise but that is in-game). In this case, I think that he needs to empty it sometime.

On Thresh's login screen, we could pretty clearly see the souls of the damned walking in a single-file line behind him, up a ramp to what I can only assume is the prison where he was killed. Whether or not those souls were at one point imprisoned inside his lantern is a question we can only ask.
