How long do Aspects live?

Not a clue honestly. Gut reaction tells me that the Aspects wouldn't extend the lives of their hosts since there's no real transformation going on. The change is another being living in their body, giving them access to power, but that power isn't intrinsically theirs, unlike say the Ascended, who have that energy infused in to their flesh.

Isn't extended like Iceborn( ) or Ascended( ), they acquire only power and knowledge of Aspect of the Moon, Sun, War and The Protector. They are like containers of this entity.

The actual aspect seems to be pretty much immortal(or at least won't die naturally). The human host on the other hand likely has its regular life span.

I guess that they are like normal humans from that point of view, since they can simply change their "human host" after their death i dont see reasons to extend the lifespawn of the host.
