Can you put Kayle and Morg's dual update somewhere near Eve's and Urgot's?

I personally think that the idea of a dual update, which is very unique and considering how much of an identity crisis the two are having right now, I feel like they are in a much more important spot than some of the others, as in.. A more important than other champs like Morde and Nunu IMO. I had never had a taste for the two champions, both lore-wise and gameplay wise and I just can't help but to imagine how epic the first dual update of league would be. Since they're connected in lore, you will also make a section featuring both of them together in their biography and color stories in their universe pages as well, am I right on that one?

TL;DR: I think Kalye and Morg deserve to be prioritized in their update, I don't think they deserve it before Urgot and Eve, and not directly after them, just not have them somewhere around the lines of less prioritized champions like Irelia and Swain.

Very few champions need a VU more than Mordekaiser at this point; he's a shiny walking eyesore with pizza feet. That's without mentioning his ball of band-aids gameplay. The next runners for VGU's are easily Akali Amumu Chogath DrMundo Irelia Jax Kayle Nunu Pantheon Shaco Swain Teemo Tryndamere

Morgana is just tagged onto Kayle because she'll be updated visually with her. She'll get a minor gameplay pass (unless Riot has changed there mind since I read this a year ago) Morganna at most might get changes at the scope of Tristana's VGU. She doesn't need a gameplay update nearly as bad as any of the champions listed above and her visuals are on par.

A Kayle and Morgana update doesn't take priority over all of those other champions. IMO

Based on lore Kayle and Morgana need the update just as badly as some tier 2 champions on the VGU list. But in terms of everything else, Rammus Nunu Swain Malphite they need it more. And Irelia and Pantheon are champions they have really distinct themes to build on, and are basically wasted potential, which Riot views as important. Hence, although they may have more stable kits, good skins and lore, they will be prioritized.

Morgana is used very often. Urgot is almost never used.

Urgot needs an update much more.

Morgana is in a good spot for Gameplay, but in Visuals and Artwork? definitely

so when they reach the duo VGU, they'll most likely only touch Morgana on the art side (new splashes and model)

Do either of them need full reworks? Neither of them are busted but fill like they both have solid kits.

Meddler doesn't believe the team will be getting to this dual update this year as follows

While dual update sounds cool but it would be unacceptable if the duo get the update before those who are in need VGUs more than them like Morde Swain Akali. For me Kayle and Morge could be wait for it till 2019.

Imo Evelynn should get a VGU in like 2018/2019. Swain Akali Karma Sona Teemo Morgana Kayle need a VGU more than Evelynn does. Karma and Sona could be fixed with an enchanter update, their themes are amazing and they are so wasted with their current kits rn. I'm pretty sure they could be so much more, especially Karma.

I have hard time buying that because she was first champion i bought(ip) and really mained. She is super fun. I think she needs tweeking, and q is only skill i think is weird in her kit.

Its a debuff stacking. I can defienetly tell the differenc3 everytime i get one of my three core items(nashors rageblade or gunblade) the difference my as maked.

As far as lack luster i think newer champs are way over loaded. I understand wanting to have a variety of skill floors for champs, but some champs have these huge paragraphs or even two paragraphs of skill descriptions. Thats just too much in my opinion. Ww rework is a good example of what i think a superb baseline is.

One skill is complex and takes strong game mechanics and knowledge to make the most use out of; his W. You have to have high map awareness and ability to understand and predict off it. Its probably one thing I struggle most with at this point. I understand skill mechanics of the champs i play regularly, now im trying to capitilaize on enemy mistakes and working my own and allies global positions.

Uhm they have 2 update teams and one is currently working on Urgot while the other one is already working on Eve. So your best case scenario would likely be that the Urgot team starts working on Kayle(she will likely need more work than Morgana) once they are finished with Urgot,in which case the dual update would come out after Eve.
