I personally don't see Syndra as getting flustered over...really anything. She's far to self confident for that. Tsundere implies an undercurrent of not to high self confidence and...really no body in League's roster comes to mind when considering a tsundere archetype. Quite the contrary even; most of League's roster exudes confidence in some regard, even if it isn't portrayed as positively as they could do.
.... maybe... I mean... he is friend of Lulu... and he doesnt seems like a friendly person... at all... so... Its possible. I guess.
