Difficulty Rating/Damage Ratings in Client

A lot of champions have their ratings to be completely different to what their kits are, or in Kayn's case, missing everything completely. Evelynn still has 2 on toughness, and on the PBE, Zoe is missing hers completely too. It's where the lore is placed so idk where to put this but it's something that bothers me a lot.
