Where can I find all the updated lore?

I once read the lore of all champions, back in season 2 but a lot has changed since then and I haven't really kept up with it. I did read some parts like the whole Bilgewater event stuff, but completely missed on others like Mount Targon. Is there a place where I can find all updated lore at once or do I have to search for every detail individually?

Best place is the wiki; everything can be found there.

Yeah the wiki is the best choice,the ingame client and official site have a lot of problems when it comes to avaliability of the lore.
