So is there any news regarding Christmas skins and event?

Since Aphelios most likely be getting Duskbringer or Dawnbringer skin for release (not really confirmed but speculation due to the fact that they'll be both released next to each other), is there actually any news regarding Snowdown? There hasn't been any teaser regarding Snowdown nor hints in the preseason. I'm worried for how small the Christmas event will be. Last year we had Poro King which was a welcome sight. Will it even return due to how no game modes returned other than urf?
