The mysterious laugh is linked to the Pool Party event-soon-come

And it doesn't look like it's going to be a new champion sadly. Well, I going to go ahead and go detective here. So in this thread we're wondering what that laugh is in the river. Lot's of people think it's a new champion. I do not think so. And here's what I'm looking at: The laugh was revealed on pbe to be in the river. From listening to it, you can tell it sounds like someone laughing underwater. That's pretty strange seeing how the water level on the Rift is very low. I don't think a person can be sub merged completely. Later on it's revealed we have pool-party skins coming up. New ones that is. Cool, but then Riot is talking about a world wide bonus link to the pool party skins. Seeing how it's summer, it's not surprising to have minions dressed up in pool party outfits and so. But the mysterious laugh is still there. What I am suspecting is some new interaction in the river for pool party like how they had the poro king. Probably some creature that dwells underwater......maybe.

We also know that GP and MF are getting VU's and RW's. So is it like, their new persona's are going to be either revealed or released around the the time of the said event. Also, Bioluminescence was pretty excited when asked if that laugh was pool party Zac. Again, I am just adding facts out there to be deduced by the community. What I myself am deducing is a summer featured new game mode coming up thats going to have this mysterious laughing figuring being the star of it. I really don't think it's a new champion just yet
