Seeing how they weren't released alongside the batch of awesome, worthwhile skins, I'm wondering if these terrible meme skins were canceled ala Sewn Chaos Blitzcrank/Amumu and they'll announce it soon along with two replacement skins of the Chinese theme with Jax and Irelia.
I would not only be willing to forgive them for canceling these awful skins but no one, in general, would care either. Just so long as Irelia gets her due.
No, they're not. They're probably going to be released later this patch. They're included in the 7.19 patch notes.
Well, I can't really say anything about Beekeeper Singed (silly skins aren't really my bang), but IMO Arclight Yorick is awesome, and I'd be rather irritated if they turned around and cancelled it.
Just because they're awful to you doesn't mean they're awful to everyone.

They were not cancelled. They were just not made available yet. They're still coming this patch.
I know it's been a while, but Riot always do this when they multiple skin themes on a patch. They give each theme their own release day so they can have their time in the spotlight & not be drowned out by other skins.
The skins for Singed & Yorick should be released in the coming days (excluding weekends) but it will be on seperate days for each skin. Hell, one of them could come out today.
If skins are cancelled like Sewn Chaos then they aren't generally in the PATCH NOTES... which these are, so they will be released later next week.
