Can we get a special interaction between Vlad and Warwick?

I know Warwick isn't technically a werewolf and Vlad isn't techniqually a vampire, but they are leagues closest thing. In most lore Vampires and werewolves are usually associated, either allies or enemies. Even movies depict that, van Helsing, twilight, underworld, etc. Maybe a nod to one of the movies.
