Its likely that Valor is simply extremely strong for a falcon. Just like most human fighters are extremely strong for a human.

Probably because he isn't a falcon, hes a Demacian Eagle.

Considering this is a fantasy world, if you did compare it to one of the biggest eagle known to man:

the philippine eagle's wingspan can reach up to the maximum 2.5 m (8.2ft) with the largest wing surface area however when u based it in average the steller's eagle exceeds it in size.

Yes, Valor had to be quite strong for a bird, but then again, this is league of legends [slayer-jinx-wink]

like idk much about the bird world and what you call people who handle x birds.

But its funny how tiny Valor is when she recalls/Abilities, but when he carries her his wingspan is longer than she is (approx I would guess). but he isn't really high above the ground either, Quinn also tend to kick the ground sometimes idk why, but also why you see Valor gliding more than flapping (except when standing still). But then again, this is a game.
