I believe it was Alex Flores who did the splash, but I am not sure

Awesome splash, indeed.

People have actually complained in game that the model isn't as good as the splash while I was using it, though.

It is a bit............. tiny. Or, it really brings out the unbelievable tininess of Morgana's current models.
