Is it just me or is Rakan Lulu 2.0?

Or to be more precise in my analogy, Lulu is Rakan 1.0.

The very first game I played with him, my thought was, "This is everything Lulu could be. Everything she SHOULD have been." The voice is slightly better. The lines are better. The design is better. The personality is more detailed. The spells better support the support Lulu playstyle of being tricky and doing crazy stuff.

That's not even counting the interactions with Xayah.

I always thought Lulu's themes and playstyle were solid and have aged well. Now that I know how she COULD have turned out...the loveable trickster who has a hole in her heart and hides it with razzle dazzle and amazing magicks...Part of me doesn't want to gamble with a visual rework and risk a Cass quality in order to get Sion quality, but next to Rakan, Lulu just seems...dare I say it...bland.
