While I think that she would feel pity for Aurelion,I could also see her hesitate to free him.

I mean what if Aurelions reaction is like "thank you,too bad that I'm gonna destroy your planet now so that I can finally forget this nightmare"

What they did to aurelion was wrong,but I doubt that Leona would trust a giant bitter space dragon-god.

That would be in character for old Leona. New Leona is more of a PURGE OUR ENEMIES WITH DIVINE FIRE!!!!! NO MERCY!!!!!!! type. so IDK.

Actually itd make sense sorta. At the end on Leona's story she learned about something and needed to find Diana Asap. Could be about Sol.

not only Leona but also Diana may help free Sol while Panth and Taric will try to enslave him again.

this may end with that neat quest/event thing like during Bilgewater story where we could pick sides and get free character icons. We could chose Diana and Leona side or Panth and Taric, etc

Leona's morality is sort of shaped entirely around what the Solari believe in, because she's so heavily indoctrinated into their ideas. If the Solari are aware of Aurelion, and especially his whole thing about blowing up the sun, IE: The Focus Of Their Entire Religion, she's probably been told he's a complete and utter monstrosity.

She could end up changing her mind, but I wouldn't say it's confirmed to really be in character for her right now. Depends on how the Solari interact with AS, which we haven't totally seen yet.
