This is what Illaoi says when buying something.......Baru!! Where is Baru??? Is it on Blue Flame Islands? Maybe there is another Island in the Seas other than Blue Flame, Ionia, and The Blessed/Shadow Isles!

Please note is called Flame IsleS. There are several, a lot actually, Baru is one of them I guess.
Also the Harrowing strory describes Illaoi and her kin as natives. Maybe Baru is the native's name for the isle Bilgewater is build on.
I believe she said "Buhru", which has already been stated to be one of the islands in the Blue Flame Archipelago. It's not Bilgewater's island either.
