@Riot Who wrote Taric's new story arc?

I really love Taric's new story arc with his cool Cecil Harvey style redemption path on "The Ascent". I was wondering which Rioter wrote his new story arc and what his/inspirations were? When will we see a new Taric story arc?

I think it was John O'Dyin? He's one of the principal writers for champ up. Did Yorick and Ryze.
