As the concept artist on this skin I happen to know quite a lot about the wondrous market Chef Kench occupies;

This particular alternate-world Runeterra doesn't have health inspectors and, while the flies and cages might deter a few of the more sensitive customers, any gourmand worth their salt knows that if the flavour is right then the methods can be overlooked. And believe you me, the flavours Chef Kench conjures up are just so right. Given his relatively confining girth and the nature of a chef's business I imagine most of his coin goes towards the various hunters and trappers that must be employed in pursuit of the world's most rare and exquisite ingredients.
The Poro in the cage appears to be au naturel, but I'm certain that Chef Kench would very much like to get his hands on a plump 'Deca '. Alas certain mustachioed parties ensure that procuring Poro of any description is no easy feat. Alternatively, the rift scuttler is always fresh!

Are you sure it isn't Zaun? Zaun doesn't have health inspectors. Hm, perhaps the fish isn't glowy enough to be Zaun.

I imagine that in Zaun you're either covered in a cloud of lets-not-name-that or such a grand lack of anything that the sun will burn you alive. Depending the wind, time of day, you location inside the city etc. (Given that there isn't a building covering for you.)

The retcon will probably proof me wrong though.

Is he going to kill the poro... Because that is not right and I think that if that's actually what he's doing riot needs to remove such a horrible fiend from this game to help the poros. I mean who the hell is evil enough to kill a goddamn poro!
