As the concept artist on this skin I happen to know quite a lot about the wondrous market Chef Kench occupies;

This particular alternate-world Runeterra doesn't have health inspectors and, while the flies and cages might deter a few of the more sensitive customers, any gourmand worth their salt knows that if the flavour is right then the methods can be overlooked. And believe you me, the flavours Chef Kench conjures up are just so right. Given his relatively confining girth and the nature of a chef's business I imagine most of his coin goes towards the various hunters and trappers that must be employed in pursuit of the world's most rare and exquisite ingredients.
