Helmight1 votesP certain based on his teaser and the added VO for ARAMs that Aurelion just speaks English in-game. However, I don't think that's all he can speak. Dude's an ancient celestial dragon - I'd be surprised if he didn't speak at least a few other tongues.

Helmight1 votesDoubtful that any draconic would be used. Think Smaug from The Hobbit. Sure, he speaks Draconic and probably a few more languages besides, but when he's talking to beings that use English, he just uses English. That way, he can show just how far above them he is.
'Course, it may be a Yasuo-esque moment where he uses small amounts of Draconic during his abilities, but I am very doubtful that any significant amounts of another language will win up in his VO.
Narasimha1 votesDraconic is unlikely, if only because it doesn't seem needed. Other than Shyvanna, it's not like there'd be anyone to understand it. It might be an interaction with her, but I doubt it'd be anything more.
