If he doesn't speak Draconic (in-game) in at least some form, I foresee much Krosis from the community.

Just because he speaks English doesn't mean it's all he knows.
P certain based on his teaser and the added VO for ARAMs that Aurelion just speaks English in-game. However, I don't think that's all he can speak. Dude's an ancient celestial dragon - I'd be surprised if he didn't speak at least a few other tongues.
Draconic is unlikely, if only because it doesn't seem needed. Other than Shyvanna, it's not like there'd be anyone to understand it. It might be an interaction with her, but I doubt it'd be anything more.
