I like his backstory but the bits about him joining the League don't make much sense since (I think) he's the only one whose lore still mentions it. I could be wrong though, I didn't dive through all of the lore of everyone to check it, but yeah, still needs some updates.
A lot of champions still need updates. It's a slow process.
They are still retconning old lores on champions whose lore reference the League. GIve them time to come up with something good for him :)
There's a lot more champs then shaco that have that problem (like fiddlesticks and Jax)

This game shouldnt be called League of Legends anymore. So I renamed it to AIDS of Legends.
I'm making fan origins of champions that were once related to LoL until the retcon.
I've done one for Fiddlesticks and for Nocturne (with Jax making a cameo, in which I might make an origin for him).
If you like, I would like to give Shaco a shot in making an origin story for him.
