Morde is simply perfect.

You're not sad they didn't keep the Soul control part of his ult ? It feels like Swain rework to me. By that I mean : even if the rework is great, I feel like they neglected a key part of the kit (For Swain they scrapped everything tbh... it's not that bad for Morde) . From my understanding, the project was iceboxed for months because they kept trying to keep the soul ult, but what's your opinion on it ?

Smacking people with a mace ? Still there. Magic Aoe ? Claw is there Old W ? Passive now Shield : New W and feels more predictable to play against from their wording. But the ult ? I feel like the soul slave part was important.

EDIT : Why the downvotes ? it's a legit question, I like the new ult ! Been following MM threads for a while and I thought Soul crushing/Control was core to Morde, but I'm wrong fine.

Yo MM, when you tested him, was yuumi in test as well? If so how does his ult interact with Yuumi's attach mechanic?

i mean i get that it works for darius, and so they added his hook to the new morde. but i still cant help noticing how many champion reworks and releases are still getting displacements added to their kits.

im still excited to play him though. the rework looks really good and i love the visuals.

I'm tempted to agree with you, but I'm worried that the sound effect on his new Q won't be nearly as satisfying as the third hit on his current Q. It's a small, nitpicky thing but [sg-lulu]

Isn't his new ult basically the old Poppy ult, which is a bad design? I haven't seen it in action, only read the description, so maybe it's somehow not awful but I'm very skeptical about it.

When is the rework going on live servers?

Does he still build kinda the same or has it changed a lot?

he isn't actually, seeing as how no single champion is perfect and mordekaiser is no exception, it is impossible for a champion to be perfect

I feel like this new ult is stupid, the concept is kinda meh.

Until now i was part of the club who in regards to mordekaiser were like "sounds cool but it aint working&looking cool".

Now though? I like me a real evil metal overlord and man does the new Morde deliver on that, his ult gave me goosebumps all over.....it was amazing [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]

Initially I was not sure about changing his ult because it was very unique. But the new ult is probably even more unique, and gives him an even scarier aura than before.

The desing is nice and skills look cool, but what the hell are again these free s**t that champion has to have like 5 passives on top of a passive?

Just on a notion: Sorc Shoes + Void staff + E passive + Morello : 18% + 40% + 25% + 15% = 98% magic penetration.

Might as well remove all MR items from the game. Slam a Guinsoo's on top of that and you've got pretty much a pure true damage build.

Have fun with your upcoming 6 month nerf streak after you try cheese permabanned Morde for the first week. :)

Power creep wtf. I guess you can always overbuff Fiora so you can have something to 1v1 that thing. I'm sure that rework will be as successful than Morde botlane.
