Does Riot hate or have beef with Dameon Clarke?

I wonder if they'll clarify on this I've literally been wondering about this forever.

Singed has such few lines (6 walking/battle quotes total) for how iconic his laugh is. Now while Dameon Clarke is known for more than just the role I want to point out (HELLO CELL), he is most notable for voicing Handsome Jack in Borderlands 2 and post-2 media, a villain that was mainly acclaimed for his voice work and sheer amount of dialogue.

There's just no reason to not have him back for more lines to the champion I can think of other than Riot having issues with him. But is it true, can I please have clarity.
