Does Riot hate or have beef with Dameon Clarke?

I wonder if they'll clarify on this I've literally been wondering about this forever.

Singed has such few lines (6 walking/battle quotes total) for how iconic his laugh is. Now while Dameon Clarke is known for more than just the role I want to point out (HELLO CELL), he is most notable for voicing Handsome Jack in Borderlands 2 and post-2 media, a villain that was mainly acclaimed for his voice work and sheer amount of dialogue.

There's just no reason to not have him back for more lines to the champion I can think of other than Riot having issues with him. But is it true, can I please have clarity.

Well I mean Dameon Clarke isn't Singed's only voice actor.

Singed has like fifteen voice actors across the globe.

They won't make a new VO for him without getting in contact with or recasting all of those actors.

But Cassiopeia received new dialogue in the big Shurima thing.

Probably because Cass already had her gameplay and visual update, and isn't slated for anything else major any time soon. Singed did get a visual update and a couple quality of life changes, but I think he might be a candidate for the upcoming Tank class update. Even if not, I wouldn't be surprised if he's on the radar for a more major update down the line. If he's already going to be getting that level of a rework in the near-ish future, any new dialogue would probably come in with that update.
