@Riot when champs like Jax will ever get a VU?

Jax is one of the worst looking champions in the game. up there. i mean down there with urgot. but urgot getting reworked definitely much sooner than jax ever will. and i feel like he needs a vu. if not something crazy at least something like shen's. which i think looks stupidly OP right now. anything planned for a Jax vu?
