Shadows and Mysteries of Runeterra : Noxus And the Black Rose

Hey guys, i want to bring back the discussions we used to have in le old forums and not focus our attention @ Narrative. I want to make this a mini series where we discuss about various things. I will add a poll of what i believe what people would like to talk about. If it's a topic you guys feel like talking about, feel free to comment and it could be brought up in the next discussion. dialMark4Action has inspired me to start this with his "Facts, Myths, and Theories." So my first topic will be about the Black Rose of Noxus.

Swain told LeBlanc that they have his favor. And the letter that swain wrote talks about how the Black rose want be more inside the High command.

I see that any political matters are handled by the high command. But things like Jarvan's secret capture are handled by the Black Rose. (That part was confirmed when swain asked for the demacian's prince's blood. That means if Some one in the high command wanted to kidnap Lux, they would just ask the Black Rose and a devious plan would be set in motion, with of course the B.R. asking for a favor also. This also means that Swain's rise to power could have also be connected to the Black Rose. Iknow Noxus honors Strengh in any form or tactics, but i don't know if I could call that honrable. I don't think Darkwill did any of this, but swain defnitely seems like he could.

                                                         **"I smell Black Magics"**

Knowing that there is a secret dark organization within in Noxus, I wonder if this is a primary target for the Demacian hunter Vayne. I also wonder if anyone would send a spy from Demacia to investigate them. After all, they did kidnap Jarvan 4 and impersonate him. Vayne maybe hunter things like witches or werewolves, she could also be hunter vampires. But I would be sure that she have them as a target as well. Seeing how we don't know the size of this shadowy group

                                                   ** Known Members**

LeBlanc is like the Mascot, but i also want to know about the rest of them. Two new people were introduced, Petal and Thorn. Now many have speculated that is petal and is thorn. I don't think swain is thorn, but Petal could definitely be Elise. A part of the Black Rose went to the Shadow Isles, and seemingly survived. But in Elise's lore, she went to the Isles also with "companions." LeBlanc and Elise are listed as friends. That's odd enough. If Narrative* plan* on releasing anymore champions tied to the Black Rose that would be awesome.

                                                  "It's all smoke and mirrors"

As if they weren't intimidating before, they/(or just LeBlanc) can disguised them selves as someone else. If LeBlanc can disguise her self as the prince of Demacia, i fear that they can definitely destroy some factions from the inside, in order to give Noxus more power.

I wonder how Demacia would act upon knowing the Black Rose is on the move again. And can possibly be right under they're noses. Don't Demacia have some kind of secretive intelligence agency to counter something like this? Or are they just all honor and play fair? What do you guys think?
