Anyone else loved the original Blood Moon Elise?

When the skin was first revealed, I thought the color scheme of blood moon Elise was .. perfection, she was the most beautiful skin I've ever seen in this game.

The deep pink one was so.. perfect

Anyone else agree? Because there's a thread of 100 hundred people finding it off-putting.

The pink fits much better with her and the new map, the red they went with just makes the skin look cheap and kind of blegh. I know, I know its a Blood Moon skin and it has to be red and yadda yadda yadda. But the pink is a much better shade IMO. And i dont know why everyone was complaining about it not being RED, pink is a shade of red....stop expecting everything to be on the dot and just accept it.

I feel like the pink one is more unique because only a few champions are the color pink. On the other hand, the red feels the same as some other skins and the spider's body looks just like braums shield

I prefer the pink, but not as a blood moon skin (which should be red or deep red only). I'd prefer a rename over a recolor for this skin.

The green Atlantean Syndra was way better too ("change Riot ....Water is Blue.....my 2yo book says so. Blood is Red waaaah. I can only process primary colours!" . Don't underestimate the power of idiots.

Yeah, I can't believe they changed it. The magenta WAS SO GOOD. Like, legitimately sinister and scary.

Not to mention that they ruined the palette when they changed her to flat red. That's a very cool pink that they picked for bloodmoon Elise, and it went oh-so-nicely with the blue tips on her legs... Now they've shrunk the tip coloring and made her primary red? Boring. Jesus. Are people ever satisfied with what Riot gives us, or do they exist to complain about every miniscule thing?

So far the poll is equally split. According to your logic, the vocal of a "small group of unsatisfied people ever come to forums to post" should now be bigger considering that the satisified people don't come to forums to post, so we can assume that the majority of people like the red one more.

Just kidding, this logic is fallacious, but still, damn I like the red spider more.

I preferred the original palette and thought the argument by Riot for it made sense. I can understand though why people wanted her to be red, but I don't find their argument as compelling - Kalista's skin too is not that red and it wouldn't have hurt that much the skin's line. Besides, people who'll buy the skin aren't all necessarily equipped with four companions who own each one of the other skins, so the problem of her breaking an eventual team palette would be actually more rare than the problem of that skin feeling too similar to the base one, which already has all that red. The pink was imho a classy way to solve the issue.

I thought the pink looked great, now that it's red the blue and gold are clashing with the red which is a big no no.
