That first image is clearly the top part of the disembodied head in the Shadow Isles crest. Hmmmm..
I doubt that it has a connection with the Shadow Isles... mainly, because the sound and the particles of the "thing" are too "magical" in comparison with the "spooky mist souls thing" of the Shadow Isles.
Some people mentioned that it could be something connected with Bard, the Celestial Spirits or even Lulu and the Glade.
Well, It says THEY are coming, so i would only assume that it is more than one, another thing is the Magical sound in the Audio it seems way too Elven magical to be a shadow isles them, Also notice that it is TWO lines that make the Symbol, this all leads me to believe that the new champ could be Dha and Mha two champions as One. Maybe Riot will use a system i posted about awhile ago where you need one Summoner to control one of the champions and another summoner to control the other champion. but they BOTH need to be on the field in order to function. ANYWAY one Rioter said to this Champion idea "Wowowowowow! So gorgeous! Totally forwarding this thread on to the Champion team ^_^"

Oh! I totally forgot about the Savior thing! :o It could totally be it. Up until now, I thought that it may really be something inspired by the concept of the fanmade DhaMa and Yin Yang in general, but with a unique take- Black and True Ice- I mean, the sounds of the mark when it's triggered are kinda, uh, frosty? We'll see though. Now I'm looking forward to see who the savior is and if it's related, even more. :d
