Season 6's victorious skin MUST BE FOR VI

So I know I made a post about Viktor and everything but a brilliant, genius summoner by the name of CaptainMarvelous pointed out that it is Season 6. That being said, Riot: If this year's Victorious skin is not for Vi I'm done. If it's not this then why is Phreak even there?
