Will the Elderwood borders be bought separately without the chroma bundle?

I’m really sick of borders only for tokens or chroma bundles. And since this isn’t tied to an event, you can’t farm for it. I just wanna get a border without needing to buy extra for chromas I don’t use, even if they are good.
