A skin announced three weeks ago, delayed to next patch, and releasing only after the new skins of said patch, meaning three more weeks?

Its bugged. I rather wait for them to fix it then get a bugged potentially gamebreaking skin.

How do you know they are releasing beekeeper singed after the galaxy skins? I thought there was no way riot is that retarded to hold back the skin for that long.
They shouldn't reveal the skins at all because it only casues problems with impatient people. They should be like Valve where they don't announce anything and just bring the updates when they are 100% finshed.
