Is replacing voice files allowed? Is there another way to change the language? (Learning Spanish)

I am learning Spanish, and since I spend so much time on League I think it would be great if I could have my champion's VO in Spanish to get more exposure and hopefully learn it better.

Is there any way that I could do this without breaking any rules?
