Is it possible to get official data about the real size of the champions?

I already found some pictures but I think they're pure speculation. It could be nice to get a format like: "name of champion" ,"title", "age" ,"heigh","weigh", birthplace etc.. because the Lore isn't solid yet

Well sadly there is only some little lore stuff like that Malphite is as big as a mountain or Cho'Gath can devour entire worlds. So the real size of most champions can't really be stated. Hopefully it can be at some point.
