Riot: How far is Summoner's rift from Mt.Targon?

Taric says he can see his mountain from the rift when he buys a ward. How far is it away?

Now I know what you all are thinking, "The rift has nothing to do with the lore." and let me tell you that you are somewhat incorrect. What goes on in game doesn't impact the lore, but the setting still has some importance since the river that flows through it was followed by a group of gypsies that descends from (I'm paraphrasing, but I remember Jareden saying something about that).

So please tell us Riot, how far is the Rift to Mt. Targon? And is summoners rift the rift in which much of the void is seeping out of? Is this why Baron Nashor is a big threat?

Could just be a sexual innuendo for Taric's "mountain" but who knows really.

As a note about TF and the gypsies/riverfolk; the Serpentine is a river that runs through the Serpent Isles. It's not the Summoner's Rift river.

However, looking at old lore, wasn't the Serpentine River the original river in which Baron Nashor lived? And our Nash is just a copy? Of course this doesn't make sense, since there shouldn't be a Nash-copy in the Rift if there is no actual reason the champions are fighting there, i.e. the Institute of War. But, since it's all old lore this could be changed and easily fitted so that the Serpentine River is the river of the Rift or the Rift is located near Targon and Nash isn't related to the Serpentine River anymore. Or it's just a random place. We need our red overlords to know the truth.
