I'm a mid Silver Viktor main with all(3) of his skins. I'd be lying if I said I was sad that they aren't releasing a skin for him I'll never be able to get.

I found it strange out of all the champions for the Brazilian wild card tournament they promoted Quinn. Could be a teaser for her but she only had the spotlight for a month if that in competitive. Would be cool though and would fit the theme. Plus riot considers her a mid laner apparently so there's a chance.

Why is this skin even a thing? A champion who is played a lot is due mainly to them being over powered, which, I would remind you Riot keeps in such a state.
I was also deeply saddened when I realized this fact.
