Why isn't Popstar Ahri a Legendary skin?
It is in Korea. Why wasn't it given a new VO in English and other languages?

It isn't a legendary skin in any country,since it doesn't come with a completely new set of animations.
Though it does seem to have a new voice over in the korean version.
It's not legendary because it's bad compared to Arcade, Foxfire and Challenger. Barely even worth being a 975.
