Diana was raised as a solari,while leona was raised as a rakkor. Diana most likely never saw pantheon at all.

Pantheon is the literal avatar of the Aspect of War. He loves no one.

In the new lore there is no indication that Pantheon or Leona have anything going. Heck, not even Pantheons host body character had anything going with Leona.
