I just recently heard some of her lines and I was like she would fit right in with the greatest people ever aka the NOXIANS. She would make an excellent pawn ally for Noxus since they might share mutual interests.
Well why would she?
She might be bitter,but that doesn't mean that she agrees with the noxian philosophy. Noxus is about the strong ruling the weak,but diana wants the moon to be aknowledged and worshipped.
Also in her new lore she isn't that bitter,so her VO doesn't match her. Though she might get to the point where she is like her ingame self.
Diana is dark, yes. Forsaken, branded a heretic, and cast out. Misunderstood. She's pretty bitter.
I don't think she's in line with Noxus though. She wants the truth - that the sun and moon are equals / not mortal enemies / both important and worthy of being loved. She's not out for power, just understanding.
