Okay, I think it's a good skin, not the thing I would have gone for, but I can't deny the detail and quality are pretty sweet.

Since there is a feedback thread on PBE boards, but all it seems to contain is "CAN YOU PLEASE VU HIM ALREADY" I thought I'd make a thread on what is actually good/bad about the skin.

#The good:

• The effect oh my word the effects. The gentle swirl of dark smoke when he Es, the mystical depths of the pool, the spooky dark Q, the luxurious ult. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hQoo5H62pE
• This chroma right here. If anyone has the right to look like a JoJo villain in this game it’s Vladimir, and what JoJo villain is more iconic than the king of the night, Dio himself? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/557348760531763210/649033027942350848/8016.png
• The emote - yeah it’s awesome

• The splash - I mean it’s really high quality, extreme perspective and epic af, can’t deny that. The artist made the best of what they were given to work with. https://i.redd.it/gf891h0y5y041.jpg
• Vlad mains actually got a lot of stuff with this skin - emote, border, LPP chroma, icon, maybe he'll be in the lore as well?
• The skin bio is pretty epic (ty Yichao), and quite inventive, the "feeds on the darkness in your heart" bit especially.

Nightbringer Vladimir: "The chaotic king of the night, Vladimir exists as the personification of uncertainty and revelry. He thrives in the unknown shadows, feeding on the life essence and darkness found in mortal hearts."

#The bad:

• The model is too small and thin - honestly, this just doesn't communicate the champion very well. It doesn't make sense for a blood mage whose thing is outbeefing other midlaners to look this anaemic. I don't think he should be actually beefy, but at the very least he should be cool thin like Jhin or Aphelios, rather than straight up weak.
• As a consequence of the above, doesn't look like Vladimir very much. More like Rakan really.
• Cape bigger than lane. Elite500 (challenger Vlad OTP/streamer/youtuber) put it pretty well.

#The following is fairly subjective, but I have to mention:

• Short hair I don't like

How I would have done this?

When I heard of the theme, given the recent releases, I immediately thought of one character he could have been based on. I still think the coat and the curved horns are a mild resemblance, but damn I wish for more, especially given how similar the characters are in lore.
