Who would be the strongest champion in League if there were no constraints?

This question about physical strength was asked in the latest ask riot, and the response was this: > Tough question… Braum is definitely keeping those muscles in shape carting that door around like it’s a handbag. Volibear could flip a banquet table set with a Demacian feast with his pinky (do battle bears have pinkies?). And Mundo definitely qualifies as brawn over brains. But for my money? No one lifts harder than Poppy. Sure, she’s small. Sure, she’s pastel. She may walk softly, but she carries a BIG HAMMER. And when she swings that hammer of hers, whatever’s in her way… isn’t anymore. So if I needed help moving furniture or clearing boulders off a train track in a hurry, she’d be my first call. >

And while it's true that we're all free to our own opinions, I absolutely MUST refute the claim that " no one lifts harder than poppy."

While poppy might wield great power, her strength in it of itself is rather lacking. And although it can be said that poppy slew that giant monster thing, In fact in her official lore it is stated that "Poppy swung the hammer, using every ounce of her strength to move the weapon’s considerable weight" simply to kill a wolf. Poppy's actual strength lies in moving and swinging the hammer, the rest is the magical power contained within the hammer. Even more evident to poppy herself (though she is a bit oblivious), she says herself "The hammer does most of the work, I just swing it" implying that even SHE knows that most of her power is in fact coming from the hammer as opposed to herself.

Now who do I think is the strongest character in league? Obviously . He "almost razed the fortress at Andras singlehandedly," and "[is] only getting stronger, hacked to pieces or no."

I'm fairly sure that no other champion in the game has acheived such a feat, and considering he literally "shatter[s] earth and bodies," I don't think it can be argued that he ISN'T the strongest.
