I dunno about the rest of you, but I'd love to see a moment between Lux and Ezreal that matches the above from SAO.
We can't have everything be super dark like the recent Bilgewater event, right? What about some lore events that are more laugh-sided?
EDIT: Please no circlejerk arguments about SAO. I was just using it as an example of comedy.

Except SAO is a B to C grade anime that got famous for some godly reason.
I don't want any other titles to mimic anything besides the setting from this anime, it would only make it bad.

The way Riot used to produce lore, we would certainly had some comedic lore.
These days I'm not so sure.
Since Riot has taken to the model of having lore releases few and far between, they kind of have to be serious. They need to be meaningful to the world, and subsequently, less silly.
If we had lore updates every two weeks like we used too then Riot could produce comedic lore for their champions again and have it actually be cannon.
IMO, it kinda feels like Riot's leaning a bit too heavily on it's community to produce funny champion stuff these days. It comes across as lazy.
SAO sucked, too much fan service for no god damn reason other than fan service, plot line all over the place, pointless fillers, why da hell did they all relax while they were suppose to get out of the game as soon as they can, why da hell was Kirito so attractive and made a harem, why da hell does his sister fall in love with him and why did we even need that sort of drama when he loved someone else.....disappointing story but nice animation (most of the times).
Overall a mediocre story that a fan could have made better, just like LoLs lore...............oooooooooooooooooh shots fired, jk.
What the hell kirito farm to become so op? and why there only women in those game? Oh well i like it any way but they should really put some man in there too and may be some good alie not just kirito for the will all day so broke.

The older lore had some pretty awesome comedic stuff.
Sadly, the new lore seems to shy away from that kind of stuff.
