What Victorious Aatrox Tells Us...

The reveal shows that victorious skins don't go based off roles (top, jungle, mid, support, etc.) and it also shows us that re-worked champions can qualify as long as it isn't full scale.

For example: Aatrox has been re-worked (maybe twice) as he lost his revive and had mechanics in his kit changed dramatically... But his full re-work was in 2018. Considering things, we have an interesting year ahead of us 2020.
